About
Ashley Clair
I’m a body-led allergy educator, Rooted Release guide, mom of 3, and former “bubble girl” who rebuilt her life after severe allergies and MCAS. Now I help others explore what their bodies may be trying to communicate - with more curiosity, safety, and trust.

For years, I was the “bubble girl.”
I reacted to foods, smells, stores, restaurants, cleaning products, perfumes, shampoos, pollen, my own hormones, and everyday environments most people never had to think twice about.
My world kept getting smaller.
And for a long time, I thought my body was the problem.
In 2018, as a mom of two, my allergies and MCAS had become so severe that doctors told me I had less than a year left to live - and they had no more answers for me.
They told me there wasn’t really a point in making another appointment because there was nothing else they knew to try or do.
I was terrified.
But I also knew I wasn’t done.
I wasn’t done being here.
I wasn’t done mothering my children.
So I began searching for answers with everything I had.
I took courses. I read books. I studied the nervous system, the subconscious mind, energy work, epigenetics, quantum physics, meridians, emotional release, and body communication.
I tried everything I could find because I wasn’t just looking for another method.
I was looking for the root.
I needed to survive.
And slowly, I began discovering something that changed everything:
My body wasn’t attacking me.
It was communicating.
The reaction was information.
My body had memory.
My body had learned that certain things were not safe, and it was holding protective patterns connected to old information it still believed was true.
And when I stopped fighting my body and started learning its language, everything began to change.
My world started opening again.
Foods came back.
Places came back.
Trust came back.
Life came back.
And eventually, after healing enough of what had once kept me in survival, I got to have my third baby.
That discovery became the foundation of Rooted Release — my gentle, body-led process for exploring the deeper subconscious, emotional, energetic, and nervous system patterns beneath allergy reactions.
Inside this work, we don’t force the body.
We listen.
We regulate.
We ask better questions.
We work with the root, not just the symptom.
We gently support the body in releasing old protective patterns.
And now, I guide others through that same process of rebuilding body trust, understanding what their reactions may be communicating, and gently unwinding the patterns their body is ready to release — patterns connected to pain, trauma, allergies, and so much more.
